Dayton Mills was awarded the contract for this New 1,650 sf QSR for the TDL Group. The fit-out included extensive demolition, under slab services, exterior cladding modifications, new HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, millwork, detailed architectural elements and finishes, plumbing and electrical. The public area lighting is automatically controlled by a system of light-level and occupancy sensors to increase energy efficiency. A challenging “first” with Tim Horton’s. Project was finished on time.
