This (new) 3,000 sf Tenant Improvement was provide via a CM Contract, allowing an early start, while the Plaza was also being constructed. We were able to coordinate and integrate all services (Interceptors, etc.,) into the building, reducing our client’s costs as well as install all underground interior services PRIOR to the concrete floor installation.
