This Lesson facility has sound level-controlled studios, for one to one teaching and other rooms that allow larger groups. Additional to the studios, there are offices, Staff Areas, washrooms and the Reception Area. The Calgary North facility also has humidification integrated into its HVAC system.

This facility was designed with the ability to operate independent of the other services within this building.
